On 27 January, Sympa experienced degraded performance, which caused slower response times and occasional errors for some users.
Why it happened
A recently updated service caused slowness due to it’s cache. This service was reverted and system returned to normal.
What we did
Our teams investigated the issue immediately and monitored the system closely. The service stabilized and returned to normal operation. We continue to monitor the system and take steps to prevent similar situations in the future.
