Integration service update on Week 19 - 2026 May 5, 2026 11:00 - May 7, 2026 11:00 EEST

Dear Customer,

We apologize for the short notice regarding this scheduled maintenance window for our integration service.

We will apply an update to the integration service during this maintenance window on Tuesday 5.5.2026 at 11:00 EEST to resolve recently identified issues affecting some API endpoints.

A workaround is already in place, and services are currently operating as expected.

No major impact is expected, but short temporary interruptions may occur during the maintenance window.

Regarding the reflection field mapping table issue:

We have identified a scenario where an issue may occur if a reflection field is missing the required mapping table. In such cases, a null value may be transferred through the integration.

This issue affects dropdown fields that are exposed via the API but do not have an associated mapping table. As a workaround, create and assign a mapping table for the affected field.

This scenario has been added to the ongoing investigation and will be handled as part of the related fixes.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely throughout and after the maintenance.

What is changing?
All integrations will be routed through an updated version of our integration service. This change has already been applied to a subset of integrations and will now be extended to all remaining integrations.

Expected impact:
No major impact is expected. The change is designed to be seamless and should not interrupt integrations. However, short, temporary interruptions may occur during the rollout.

Our team will closely monitor the rollout and API traffic during and after the deployment to ensure everything operates as expected.
