Scheduled - Dear Customer,

During the upcoming maintenance, the remaining parts of sympahr.net that have been using a fixed IP setup, such as the website and CDN delivery, will move to a dynamic, globally load-balanced configuration. Our API endpoints are already served this way today.

After this change, the IP address resolved from sympahr.net will no longer remain constant and may change over time.

If your organization has firewall or network rules that whitelist a specific IP address for sympahr.net, those rules must be updated. We recommend allowing traffic based on the domain name rather than a specific IP address.

Please ensure your IT department reviews this change before the maintenance window to avoid potential connection disruptions.

No action is required if you are NOT using IP whitelisting.
