Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window for our integration service on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, from 12:00 to 16:00 EEST.
During this maintenance window, we will carry out routine security and platform updates to support the reliability, stability, and security of the service.
In addition, we will deploy the following improvement:
Improved integration performance when a Datacard Code is used as an identifier. This improvement is especially relevant for integrations sending sequential PATCH or POST requests targeting the same Datacard.
No customer impact is expected, and no disruptions to integrations or connectivity flows are expected.
Our team will closely monitor the service throughout and after the maintenance window to ensure everything continues to operate as expected.
